SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction has become one of the most popular activities at the conference. Last year’s auction featured products valued at more than $50,000. The items donated by industry suppliers are available to attendees on a bid basis and include seed, chemicals, fertilizer, jewelry, paintings, and gift baskets. Funds generated from the Silent Auction go to support fruit and vegetable research and other association activities.

SAVE MONEY WITH  EARLY REGISTRATIONS!!
The three day registration is the most economical way to enjoy all of the activities. The fee includes all educational seminars, admission to the Trade Show, all breaks, all receptions, Friday & Saturday lunch in the Trade Show, and a Continental Roundtable Breakfast on Sunday morning.

Full conference registration is only $125 when you pre-register before December 15, 2007. After December 15, full conference registration will be $150.00

Can Only Come for One Day???
A special registration rate is available for each day of the conference for individuals who can only attend one day.  Early bird discounts are also available on one day registrations.

Let's Do Lunch

A buffet lunch will be served on Friday and Saturday on the Trade Show floor and is included in the price of a Three Day or Friday Only and Saturday Only registration. In order to receive a lunch ticket you must register by the "Early Bird" date. (12/15/07)
For those not securing lunch tickets, food service is available.

SATURDAY NIGHT
At the Westin

6:00 PM - Reception (open to all attendees)
6:30 PM - Raffle Drawings during the reception

The Saturday night reception is a great wrap-up for two days of education, networking and interchange with growers and vendors in the Southeastern fruit and vegetable industry. The reception is held at the Westin Hotel. Following the reception enjoy another of Savannah's fine restaurants.

DON'T MISS this opportunity to participate in an Industry Roundtable (all organizations, GFVGA, GA/SC Peach Councils, Watermelon, Muscadine, Strawberry, Blueberry, Onion, Pecan, Organic, WineGrape Associations, are invited) discussing issues of mutual concern to growers and suppliers alike. This is an excellent forum to voice your opinions and provide input for a 2008 Program of Work to be adopted by the GFVGA Board of Directors in February, 2008. A continental breakfast will be served. The meeting will begin Sunday morning at 8:30 and will adjourn by 10:30 AM.

Don't forget, Savannah has been called "The most beautiful city in North America" by LeMonde travel magazine. The city is known for its variety of cafes, bistros, four star restaurants, and nightlife. You may want to take some time to enjoy River Street and the award winning restaurants in the city.
